The map below shows the 2011 route that I ran before I joined the 2016 route.

I was provided with the 2011 race route as you see below for my first part of the Double M.D.S Challenge. I then joined 2016 Race Contingent straight after I completed the 2011 route.

To add to the difficulty to the challenge I was navigating by myself when I was running Solo.

The distances are broken down as follows:
SUNDAY 3RD: Day 1 – 33km
MONDAY 4TH: Day 2 – 38km
TUESDAY 5TH: Day 3 – 38km
WEDNESDAY 6TH: Day 4 – 82km ( LONGEST STAGE )
THURSDAY 7TH: Day 5 – 42.2km
FRIDAY 8TH: Day 6 – 17.5km  AT THIS POINT I JOINED THE 2016 M.D.S RACE EVENT

NOTE: There is normally a rest day after the longest stage, but I did NOT HAVE IT. I carried on the next day and ran the Marathon stage and the Charity stage combined on the fifth and then final day. This allowed me to transfer and have my rest day on Saturday 9TH and therefore keep in the M.D.S rules and regulations.
